Nate Benham is a business innovator who specializes in Adult Education. As a proud native Washington, prior to joining the Goodwill Excel Center in August of 2019 Mr. Benham worked as a recruiter in higher education, a legislative director for the Maryland General Assembly. Mr. Benham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD and has earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD.

In the Spring of 2023 Nate Benham became the Manager of College and Career Readiness at the Goodwill Excel Center (GEC). Mr. Benham teaches the Business Administration Communication Skills (BACS) course where students can earn up to three nationally recognized industry certifications and build on their existing communication skills all while adhering to the R.I.S.E (Respect Integrity Service and Excellence), values of Goodwill of Greater Washington.
