Colleen Paletta
As Chief Integration Officer, Colleen Paletta is responsible for leading the successful integration of Goodwill of Greater Washington’s teams to advance the mission, vision, and strategic plan. She leads the oversight of the organization’s social enterprises (Retail, Donated Goods, and Contracts) and Goodwill Excel Centers while ensuring a strong technological infrastructure that supports the achievement of GGW’s mission.
Colleen previously served as the Vice President of Workforce Development (2006 – 2015) and Chief Mission Officer (2015 – 2021) and led the development and launch of various mission programs. Before assuming leadership of the Workforce Development division in 2006, she served as the Community Collaboration Coordinator of Goodwill’s affiliate WORC (Workforce Organizations for Regional Collaboration). Before her role at WORC, Colleen held a fellowship at Anacostia High School’s Law and Public Service Academy in Washington D.C., and served as a high school teacher and Director of Community Services at St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago, Illinois.
Colleen holds a Masters in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor in History, Theology, and Faith, Peace, and Justice Studies from Boston College.
